REGISTER IN PERSON ON SUNDAY, JUNE 1st, 2008 - 12:30PM TO 3:O0PM AT MACUNGIE MEMORIAL PARK’S BLUE SOCCER FIELD OR MAIL IN YOUR REGISTRATION AND BE SURE TO FILL OUT ALL INFORMATION BELOW PROPERLY AND ENTIRELY TO THE ADDRESS LISTED BELOW.  REGISTRATION MUST BE POST-MARKED BY JUNE 30TH, 2008.  A late registration fee of $10.00 per family will be required for registrations submitted after June 30th, 2008.   MYA requires a $50.00 registration fee (older age groups $65) per player at the time of registration.  There is a $140 registration fee family maximum.  (Financial assistance is available to qualified applicants – for confidential inquiries; call Anna Mintzer (610) 966-4699.   No refund will be made after teams have been selected and practices have begun.  Contact will be made when practice is ready to begin (mid to late August).  *It is necessary to require an additional $10.00 fee for the older age groups, as the league these teams play in have an entrance fee and higher referee costs.

 

 COACHES, ASSISTANT COACHES, AND FIELD LINERS NEEDED!  Remember that these helpers need not be parents – anyone willing to help is welcome!   We had some great helpers with older siblings in recent years.  Please consider one of these positions and offer your name at the time of registration.  We cannot run a successful program without your help!  We will institute a fundraiser this year to offset the cost of equipment as our program is growing!  For information regarding the soccer program, please contact Anna Mintzer (for groups U7 through U12) at (610) 966-4699 or Terry Kohler (for groups U14 and above) at (610) 965-3371.
